[Resolved] Server Outage @ HCS

There is a server outage at HCS. This has caused the local network to go down. Phones are up and running. We are currently in the process of working on repairing the Server to bring the local network and Internet back up. 10/15/2024 7:00 AM

[Resolved] Synergy Server 500 Error

Synergy seems to be currently down with a Server 500 Error. I have submitted a ticket to ETC to try and get this fixed. 7/30/2024 6:21 AM

[Resolved] Self-Service Password

Self-Service Password is back online and running 6/10/2024 7:00 AM

After extensive testing, I am turning the Self-Service Password reset back on. 6/7/2024 2:00 PM

Due to the M365 sign-in issues we had last Friday, 5/31/2024, we had to shut off the Self-Service Password page. We are currently working on getting it back up and running. 6/3/2024 12:52 PM

[Resolved] M365 Sign in Issues

M365 sign-ins are repaired. The "Need More Information" loop was caused by Self-Service Password Reset. We are working with Microsoft to figure out the reason, and repair that service so we can turn it back on. 6/1/2024 9:11 AM

We are experiencing widespread issues with Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication to all Microsoft Web Applications. We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 5/31/2024 8:30 PM
